As Territory Business Manager for UMAC wear, with a focus on the running and bike wear markets, you will have full accountability for setting and adjusting strategy and for the overall financial health of the business. Your responsibility to identify the projects, providing proposals and contract finalization which lead till delivery and payments. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 05+ years cross functional leadership track record of industrial products.
  • Experience of scaling a solid business to remarkable results.
  • Highly effective cross functional and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively within teams though willing and able to collaborate as part of a total organization team.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Experience in outdoor markets is preferred though not essential, as is experience of leading in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong product acumen and product leadership orientation preferred.

TECHNO-COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST

Time is not constrained to you but the customer’s need in terms of products and specification within the specified time which shall be the priority on your profile. Also building digital capabilities and embedding digital thinking into local marketing roles would be an added advantage to give you more comfort to maintain your status, but never be mandatory.

Responsibilities 

  • Implementing and localizing the global manufacturer/supply chain according to the customer’s requirement.
  • Planning for what happens after each proposals to ensure increased technically and commercially accepted proposals by our customers.
  • Using analytics to predict what will happen next after giving each completed techno-commercial proposal and to tell our team people what they have to do further.
  • Representing the company in the global market by feeding local product requirement into the global manufacturers and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or ,Science.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience engaging with costumers across a variety of products or technical engagement platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in creating self driven working system and building techno-commercial capabilities to support marketing team.
  • Track record of experience with in house marketing in technical categories and executing various tenders and Proposals.
  • Experience in analytics and reporting, strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Proven experience in managing external vendors.
